Meet Jonathan and Shena, missionary chaplains with a heart for four nations: Bahamas, Dominican Republic, Haiti, and Zambia.
As ordained ministers and certified chaplains, Jonathan and Shena bring decades of ministry experience to their calling.
Their unique background positions them to serve effectively across cultures, from Caribbean islands to African communities, bridging gaps and building lasting relationships that transform lives.

The Bahamas holds special significance as Jonathan and Shena’s birthplace. Currently, they’re working with Ministries and Churches to develop leadership programs. Their ministry base in The Bahamas is The Hope Plaza.
This is where the Project Ruth vision first took form. This location serves as a model for holistic ministry, demonstrating how the four pillars transform communities. Hispaniola is home to the Dominican Republic and Haiti.
In the Republic of Zambia, Jonathan and Shena focus on training pastors and military chaplains, as well as providing students with character-building programs. Global Leadership Development is their ministry in Zambia.
